2.6Mviews in 7 days for a new Shorts channel
+114%more views than usual for Teni Panosian
$1,404podcast revenue from 6 uploads in 2 weeks
12.2Ksubscribers, up from 373 in under 90 days
The problem
Uploads were consistent, but metadata was improvised video by video, so YouTube had little to match against search and suggested traffic.
How we built it
- Keyword research turned into a template for titles, descriptions and tags
- Every video scored in vidIQ, with scores taken from 0 to 99.1 out of 100
- Tag rankings tracked until the podcast held number one for its own name and for argument gets heated
- Editor handoffs, deadlines and approvals run on a schedule, with clips pushed out to social media
Where it stands
Output across channels: a new Shorts channel logged 2,622,539 views in 7 days, every core metric up more than 900%. Teni Panosian's channel ran 114% above its usual range at 175,793 views in 28 days. Six podcast uploads returned $1,404.42, and Kimchee Ricee went from 373 to 12.2K subscribers inside 90 days.
